คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภก.ปฐมทรรศน์ ศรีสุข รองคณบดีฝ่ายบริหาร กลยุทธ์ และพัฒนาองค์กร พร้อมด้วย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภญ.เยาวเรศ ชูลิขิต รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัย นวัตกรรม และวิเทศสัมพันธ์ เข้าร่วมการประชุม “The 2025 ASEAN PharmNET Dean’s Summit” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 7 – 8 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ณ Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม
การประชุมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการด้านเภสัชศาสตร์ เสริมสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ในเครือข่ายอาเซียน รวมถึงการพัฒนาแนวทางความร่วมมือในด้านการเรียนการสอน การวิจัย การแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาและบุคลากร ตลอดจนการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล
ในโอกาสนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภญ.เยาวเรศ ชูลิขิต ได้รับเกียรติเป็น ผู้แทนจากคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ ประเทศไทย นำเสนอผลงาน การปฏิบัติงานที่เป็นเลิศ (Best Practice) ด้านการจัดการโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา (Student Exchange Management) ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความสำเร็จของคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในการบริหารจัดการโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้วัฒนธรรม วิชาชีพ และนวัตกรรมทางเภสัชศาสตร์ในระดับนานาชาติ
นอกจากนี้ การประชุมยังเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการหารือแนวทางการขยายความร่วมมือกับสถาบันเครือข่ายในภูมิภาค ทั้งด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนอาจารย์ การทำวิจัยร่วม และการพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางเภสัชศาสตร์ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาและเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของระบบสุขภาพในภูมิภาคอาเซียน
สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาบุคลากรและนักศึกษาให้เป็น “พลเมืองโลก (Global Citizen)” ภายใต้ ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 9 การนำมหาวิทยาลัยสู่ความเป็นนานาชาติ (Internationalization) โดยมุ่งสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับสถาบันการศึกษา หน่วยงาน และองค์กรระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพด้านการศึกษา การวิจัย และบริการวิชาการให้ทัดเทียมระดับสากล พร้อมทั้งส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และวัฒนธรรม ตลอดจนเสริมสร้างชื่อเสียงและศักยภาพของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นในเวทีโลก ทั้งนี้ การดำเนินการดังกล่าวยังเป็นส่วนสำคัญที่ช่วยส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อการจัดอันดับมหาวิทยาลัยโลก (World University Rankings) โดยคำนึงถึงปัจจัยด้านภูมิรัฐศาสตร์และความร่วมมืออย่างยั่งยืนในภูมิภาคอาเซียน
สำหรับการประชุม The 2025 ASEAN PharmNET Dean’s Summit ในปีนี้ โดยการประชุม The 2025 ASEAN PharmNET Dean’s Summit มีผู้แทนจากคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ของสถาบันต่าง ๆ จากประเทศไทย ประเทศมาเลเซีย สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว ราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา ประเทศสิงคโปร์ สาธารณรัฐอินโดนีเซีย สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม และประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา เข้าร่วมกว่า 100 คน

Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Khon Kaen University, participates in “The 2025 ASEAN PharmNET Dean’s Summit” to strengthen regional academic collaboration.
The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Khon Kaen University (KKU), led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pathomthat Srisuk, Associate Dean for Strategic Management and Organization Development, together with Associate Professor Dr. Yaowared Chulikhit, Associate Dean for Research, Innovation, and International Affairs, participated in “The 2025 ASEAN PharmNET Dean’s Summit”, held from 7–8 November 2025 at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The summit provided a platform for academic exchange in pharmaceutical sciences, aiming to strengthen collaboration among pharmacy faculties within the ASEAN PharmNET network. It also focused on developing strategies for cooperation in teaching and learning, research, student and staff mobility, and curriculum development to meet international standards.
On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Yaowared Chulikhit was honored to represent Thailand’s faculties of pharmacy and deliver a presentation on “Best Practice in Student Exchange Management,” showcasing the faculty’s success in efficiently managing international exchange programs. The presentation highlighted Khon Kaen University’s commitment to creating opportunities for students to gain intercultural, academic, and professional experiences in pharmacy education and innovation at the international level.
In addition, the summit provided an excellent opportunity to discuss future collaborations with partner institutions in the region, including academic staff exchange, joint research, and the development of pharmaceutical innovations — all contributing to the enhancement of education quality and the strengthening of healthcare systems across ASEAN.
Participation in this summit aligns with Khon Kaen University’s policy to foster the development of students and personnel as Global Citizens, in accordance with Strategic Issue No. 9: Internationalization. The university is committed to building international partnerships with global academic institutions, agencies, and organizations to enhance excellence in education, research, and educational services. This initiative not only promotes knowledge and cultural exchange but also elevates KKU’s global reputation and contributes positively to its standing in World University Rankings, taking into account geopolitical factors and sustainable regional cooperation.
This year’s ASEAN PharmNET Dean’s Summit 2025 was attended by more than 100 delegates from pharmacy faculties and institutions across Thailand, Malaysia, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Cambodia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the United States of America. The summit provided a valuable platform for ASEAN academic leaders in pharmaceutical sciences to exchange insights and collaboratively drive the advancement of pharmacy education in response to global health challenges in a sustainable manner.
